Cathy O’Brien was supposedly a part of a government program called Project Monarch, which is a sub-division of MkUltra: a brain-washing mind control program. She says that she was admitted into this program at very early age by her pedophile of a father. She claims she was used as a sex slave and for sending information back and forth between certain people of high levels of power, including past presidents. She has a very amazing story, but some of it is very hard to listen to, due to the graphic nature of her situation. She also had a daughter named Kelly who was also implemented into the program.

        Both Cathy and Kelly were rescued by a former CIA Agent named Mark Philip who had sympathy for Cathy & Kelly’s situation and risked his life for them. Cathy couldn’t remember many of the things she had done in the program because she had been in a trance-like state. Mark helped break the mind control over her and, ever since then, she has been remembering and retaining bits and pieces of her experiences with an almost photographic memory of it all. Unfortunately, Kelly was apprehended by the State and is held in a hospital. They have not allowed Cathy to attempt to break the control. They have attempted to free Kelly from the hospital through the court system. Unfortunately, they won’t hear of it because of “national security.”
